Chitlmari Upazila of Chitlmari Upazila is the largest union of the upazila. People occupy the first place in both numbers and volume. One of the major features of the union is the biggest Kalashira bill in Serampore. The location of this bill across the disputed area. Almost all the villages in the union are located around the bill. The old Union Council building is now almost unusable. But due to lack of space, it is not possible to build new union complex
