Chairman of Chitlmari Sadar Union Council, Mr. Nizam Uddin Sheikh received the chair of the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, the President said that under the LGSP-2 project, for the year 2011-2012 to 2015-2016 fiscal year, five year plan of this union was adopted and last year LGSP-2 was concluded. Currently LGSP-3 projects have been launched. Allocation of that project will be available. The revised circular has been issued from Local Government Division, as per the powers given under Article 95 of Local Government Act-2009. According to the estimation of the AGSP-3 project on Union Development Coordination Committee, according to 46,018,031,00,00,00,2011,608 dated 14/03/2013, after getting received by the Ward Committee. Considering that these projects are urgent and important, it is necessary to formulate a five-year plan for the year 2016-2010 to the year 2020-2021.
In the meeting, the Member Secretary presented the list of names and recommendations made by the Ward Committee from each ward and said that the list was accepted and approved by the Union Planning Committee.
Decision- All the members of the Union Development Coordination Committee present detailed discussions on the proposal of the AGSP Policy 3, the project submitted by the Ward committee and the proposal of the Union Planning Committee has been adopted and approved on the basis of the project priority (5-5) years.
