Canals and rivers

Chitalmari Union surrounded by Chitra and Baleshwar rivers. The river extends across about three sides of the two unions. Among the canals are Patnibari canal, Shibpur canal, Ruiarkul canal, Kalshira canal. There are also 30-32 smaller canals.
